Welcome to Devious Do Gooder — purveyors of covert kindness and unapologetic good deeds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following. We tried to keep the legalese to a minimum. Chaos, but make it organized.
What we sell
A mix of print-on-demand goods (stickers, apparel, and other items produced to order by our production partners) and in-house creations (card decks, calendars, and other goods we design and print ourselves).
Made-to-order timelines
Print-on-demand items don’t exist until you order them — please allow a few extra days for production on top of shipping time. We show estimated delivery windows at checkout, and we’ll always rather under-promise than over-promise.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. You’re charged when you place your order. If something was priced in error, we’ll contact you before fulfilling the order — you’ll always have the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates — once a package leaves our hands (or our printer’s), the carrier’s timeline applies. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Our designs are ours
All artwork, text, illustrations, and designs on this site are the property of Devious Do Gooder. Buying a product doesn’t transfer any intellectual property rights — please don’t reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs.
Acceptable use
Our goods are for spreading kindness (deviously or otherwise). Don’t use them, or this site, for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate this — with a full refund, because we’re chaotic, not monsters.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. (Of course, if a compliment bomb changes your life for the better, we take full credit.)
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
