Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to get your order to your door, we never sell your info, and we’re happy to delete it if you ask.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if you provide one). Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

What we use it for

  • Fulfilling and shipping your order (including sharing your name and address with our print partner and the shipping carrier — they can’t make or mail anything without it).
  • Contacting you about your order if something needs attention.
  • That’s it. No marketing emails unless you explicitly sign up for them.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. Your data isn’t the product here — the mischief is.

Cookies

Our store uses a few cookies to keep things working: remembering what’s in your cart, keeping checkout secure, and basic analytics so we know which kindness products people love. Nothing creepy.

Third parties

A few trusted services touch your order along the way: Stripe (payments), Printful (printing and fulfillment for made-to-order items), CJ Dropshipping (sourcing and fulfillment for select items), USPS (delivery), and Pinterest (our ad tag, which helps us see if our pins are working). Each has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Want a copy of what we have on you, or want it deleted? Reply to any order confirmation email and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. The version in effect when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
